Halloween Snapshots 2018
Snapshots from our Halloween weekend, a couple weeks overdue! You just never know how the weather's going to end up for us midwesterners, so when we get a year like this one you better believe we take full advantage of it! I also loved that Halloween fell on a Wednesday, so Cruz got out of school at 1:45, giving us plenty of time to get our money out of our costumes. I had a busy day, attending Mila's parade and party (her last one!) at Blessed Beginnings, Cruz's outdoor parade at Aldrich, Main Street for their fun and full trick-or-treat downtown event, and then to Jordan and Kelli's for some cousin candy begging in their neighborhood. We had dinner at Pump Haus before joining forces with the Henrichs kids, and went for a late night surprise to Taylor and Kate's to trick-or-treat at their new place in Waterloo. And by the time we got home, we crashed! Needless to say, Thursday and Friday were a bit rough, although we did turn in eight pounds of candy at the dentist and left $24 richer!
Pictures of our many Halloween traditions for the taking...
