Cruz: You are in your element when you're outside, on a trail, preferably with a stick (ahem, tree limb) twice your height! But you're also in your element at the table, figuring out the latest lego set or mastering a new problem solving laser game you picked out with Dad. I love that this weekend was slow enough to see it all and boy do I love the boy I see.
Mila: You are so full of joy, sweet girl. Whether it was that kitty at the cabin or that leaf pile we built at Phelps Park, your face lights up in the best of ways. You loved hunkering in our little cabin and sure got a kick out of standing in the loft and throwing your dirty socks on our heads.
