Cruz: Dirt-stained feet, sticky s'more fingers, and after-pool hair, smelling like sunscreen in his Batman shirt, up past bedtime yet again.  Our summer "routine" or lack thereof has become our norm and I'm beginning to worry about getting back on a schedule later this month.  

Mila:  Taken right after Mila devoured a bowl of fresh pureed beets from the farmers' market.  She's my eater, loving everything I put in front of her.  Afterwards, we put her in the tub and she face planted the suds.  And when we wiped her face, she did it again and again, coming up smiling every time.
