"a portrait of each of my children, once each week, in 2015"
Cruz: We deemed this year a Star Wars Christmas for the Cruz kid. From the Star Wars-themed art supply kit to his little BB8-Droid, Cruz is fully stocked with the Force for the rest of winter! He watched the last of the series on Christmas Eve while the snow fell outside and we are excited to go see the Force Awakens some morning this week.
Mila: Not one of my more festive pictures from our long Christmas weekend, but a favorite of mine that pretty much sums up Mila girl. Taken Saturday morning before getting ready for Christmas at my parents', Beau and I found ourselves in Mila's room having an impromptu tea party. In her Halloween jammies modeling her new glasses, she slurped from her sweet little teacup and served us petit fours and macarons.
Three years of weekly portraits in the books! And in typically fashion, my very first portraits of 2015...

From a house with no roof to a little girl just shy of one, we've sure come a long way in a year. It's been a year full of blessings and we look ahead to 2016 with much grace and gratitude in our hearts.
This is so crazy to see how much they've changed since January! Mila looks so grown up in that picture!! Don't grow up so fast, baby!!
