Cruz: Lately he's been saying he wants to be a teacher when he grows up.  He says he wants to work at college like me.  I'd be okay having him on campus for lunch dates.

Mila: Received a pink potty watch for Valentine's Day and showed an immediate interest, so we decided to give it a go.  Every half hour, the little chimes would go off and we'd all run to the bathroom to cheer her on.  After an hour and a half and two juice boxes in, she went in the big girl potty for the first time.  And, she's going on a week straight with no paci.  Big girl milestones!
